Some of our special trips require a mail-in
coupon. For the special trips, guests are required to submit a deposit
which is refundable for cancellations that are received at least 10
days before departure. The deposit will be forfeited for cancellations
made after the grace period.
On
two day weekend bus trips, guests are not required to send in a deposit
but a cancellation fee applies. The fee will be
assessed for cancellations made after 5PM on the Wednesday before the
scheduled departure date.
Members who cancel after the
grace period will be charged a cancellation fee (equal to the guest
deposit) that must be paid before going on another trip.
No-shows
will be assessed the full cost of all trip.
